A FINAL search is on to find Trafford residents with the drive and initiative to start a community project.

The Community Foundation is a grant-making, non-profit organisation, which raises money from the private and public sectors and channels funds to grass-root community groups.

Their Community Champions' funding stream comes to an end this month (August), so potential candidates are being urged to apply now.

Potential grants range from £200 to £2,000.
